These prices apply to the United States and direct export shipments from the United States.
All sales are subject to the Standard Terms of Sale for Atlas Rock Bits.
Prices are F.O.B. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma when shipped through normal motor freight. If purchaser requires special handling (i.e., air, bus, etc.), the actual cost will be charged.
Export prices are F.A.S. Port of Houston, Texas, and include packaging for export shipment.
Terms of payment are net 30 days, from date of invoice, subject to prior credit approval; or payment under an approved letter of credit (export sales).
Interest will be charged on delinquent accounts at the rate of 1 ½% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less, on net 30 days sales. All attorney or agent’s fees and costs of legal proceedings involved in collection of delinquent accounts is to be paid by customer in addition to the collected amount.
Any tax or levy imposed by city, county, state or other governmental body is added to prices quoted.
